Fidelis is excited to announce that it has recently become a member of the LIFT community of innovators.
LIFT, standing for Lightweight Innovations For Tomorrow, is operated by the American Lightweight Materials Manufacturing Innovation Institute and is a non profit public-private partnership between the U.S. Department of Defense, industry and academia. As a part of the national network of manufacturing innovation institutes, LIFT is focused on driving the U.S. mobility sector toward the future manufacturing revolution, supporting the nation’s economy, and enhancing our national security.
As a member of LIFT, Fidelis will have the opportunity to influence some of the most groundbreaking technological advancements in materials and manufacturing, as well as solidifying our foothold as one of the most innovative and forward-thinking engineering and CAE service providers in the nation.
Fidelis Principal and Chief Engineer, Rob Hurlston, said:
“We’re thrilled to become part of the LIFT community. The organization prides itself on driving technology forward with innovative solutions to challenging engineering problems, and that aligns perfectly with how Fidelis sees itself long-term. Not only does the membership give us access to LIFT’s extensive network, it also allows us to take advantage of their state-of-the-art 100,000sqft collaboration and testing facility in Corktown, Detroit, which will let us provide another dimension of service to our customers.”
